Playing the beta.

You may access the game for personal entertainment. It is currently free to play and does not require an account. Features, balancing and availability may change during development. We do not promise uninterrupted access, a particular performance level or permanent match history.

Fair play.

Do not cheat, disrupt other players, attack the service, exploit access to other players’ devices or use the game for unlawful activity. Report bugs or suspected abuse to support@fillbyte.com. Access may be restricted to protect players and the service.

Game content.

The game’s branding, artwork and software remain subject to their respective intellectual property rights. Permission to play does not transfer ownership. Third-party components retain their own licenses.

Privacy and connections.

Online play uses peer-to-peer connections. Read our Privacy notice for information about network data, local preferences and optional analytics. Analytics consent is separate from these terms and is not required to play.

Your rights.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law. If you stop agreeing to these terms, stop using the service. Material updates will be reflected on this page with a revised date.
