PLAYER INFORMATION

Your privacy.
Your choice.

You can play without accepting optional analytics.

Updated 10 September 2026. This notice describes the current DEADSECTOR browser beta, developed by Fillbyte.

Running the game.

Cloudflare delivers this website and handles matchmaking and connection negotiation. Network requests include technical information such as your IP address, browser information and request time. Room membership and connection health are used to connect players and select a host. Online gameplay uses direct WebRTC connections: other connected peers may learn your public network address as part of establishing that connection. The browser host receives game inputs and distributes match state.

Settings on your device.

We store game preferences and your analytics choice in your browser’s local storage. Your consent choice expires after six months. You can clear this information through your browser settings. The current game does not require an account, and this release does not implement ELO or persistent player profiles.

Optional Google Analytics.

Only after you select Allow analytics do we load Google Analytics 4. It measures page visits and a small set of game events, such as online match searches, training selections and successful entries, match starts and endings, cancellations, exits, loading or connection errors and host transfers. We also measure rounded waiting and play durations, game mode and team outcome. Google receives device/browser information and processes network information to provide reports. Analytics cookies can distinguish visits; we limit their configured lifetime to six months.

We do not send player names, email addresses, room identifiers, raw inputs or chat to Analytics. Page queries and fragments are excluded, and referrers are reduced to their origin. Advertising consent and personalization are disabled. Google may process information on servers outside your country. Read how Google uses information from sites that use its services.

Change your choice.

Select Cookie choices below to allow or reject analytics at any time. Rejecting stops our analytics events and removes accessible first-party Google Analytics cookies. It does not delete data already processed by Google. Browser Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signals also disable our optional analytics.
